The Cottage is in a dream location and offers views of one of the most famous white sand beaches in the world. From your doorstep, you can walk, swim, bike, surf, cycle, or roller-blade on the famous Santa Monica bike path and adjacent walking path. You will rejuvenate and love everything this beautiful residence has to offer where you can enjoy your family and friends. Designated historic landmark #74 in the City of Santa Monica the owners preserved the architecture but deliver all modern luxuries in a home wonderful and unique in the world.

As requested we will stock the refrigerator or bring local breakfast delights for your guests and you.

Garden
The garden has a fine BBQ area, Jacuzzi, and infrared sauna. The south side yard has a small bamboo walking path to the front garden. Plumeria trees line the front grassy seating area with a beautiful ocean view.

THINGS TO DO
Santa Monica Pier
One of the oldest and most beautiful carousels in the world is at the base of the pier. There is a small aquarium which has many indigenous species from the CA coast. There are restaurants and a fun zone including Ferris wheel and roller coaster.
Third Street Promenade
Entertainment including movie theaters & restaurants. Designer clothing stores including - Nordstroms, Lululemon, Alo Yoga, and other men's, women's, and kid's apparel & shoes.
Farmer's Markets
Santa Monica has two Farmer's Markets. One is on Wednesday and Saturday on Arizona Avenue. The other is on Sundays on Main Street next to the Heritage Museum.
Leisure Activities
Sun and fun on the beach in front of the cottage including roller hockey, bicycling, walking, gymnastics, fun board surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, lifeguard watching and more.
Hollywood and Beverly Hills
These world famous destinations are within easy driving distance from The Cottage. See Universal Studios and Rodeo Drive.
Sports
UCLA and USC host hundreds of games in the Pac 15 Conference. The Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers, the Kings hockey team and the Los Angeles Rams.
